I wasn't sure where to take my Land Rover for annual inspection so I searched on Google. Nextgen Car Care, LLC was the first result that popped up. While I was there, other needed maintenance was found. They replaced the turbo and speed wheel sensor in my 2014 Evoque. Now my car drives like it was brand new. Very impressed with service here. Videos/pictures are taken of all aspects of vehicle. I honestly have never found an auto repair shop that cares about my car as much as I do. I, very much, appreciate Jay, Ohm, and the whole Nextgen crew for getting me back on the road. Thank you so much!!! Will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS BUSINESS 10000 STARS I WOULD! I called this shop in utter despair, thinking I would never get a precise answer to what was going on with my front suspension. I have a Mercedes-Benz and automatically as a consumer you would think, “they’re going to destroy my pockets”. ABSOLUTELY NOT. From the moment I called and spoke to “Ohm” he rest assured I would have a designated mechanic who deals with European vehicles, “Andres”, to drive, and place me, the owner of the vehicle, as a passenger seat rider to help point out where the ATROCIOUS noise was located. When I first walked into the shop I spoke with “Jay”, awesome guy, very attentive, and engaging in conversation which helped smooth out the process from start to finish, totally takes your mind off the wait period. “Ohm” hopped in my passenger seat we took a short ride, and with the information from that drive; he went out back and brought in “Andres” who actually drove my vehicle to get the genuine feel for what’s going on. We returned back to the shop, and after about 45 minutes later, which didn’t feel long at all, “Mike, the savior” came back with the keys in his hand, and asked me if we can both take a ride to test drive the vehicle and see if there was anymore noise. I smiled and headed out to the car, and I COULD NOT BELIEVE HE WAS ABLE TO LOCATED THE PROBLEM, AND FIX IT!!!!! NOISE IS GONE, I’VE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS FOR OVER A YEAR, MULTIPLE SHOPS AND TECHNICIANS COULDN’T GET IT RIGHT, BUT THE GUYS OVER AT NEXTGEN GOT IT!!!!!!!!!! I am now riding silent and extremely happy. Wow I love my vehicle again!!!!!!! THANK YOU GUYS I HOPE YOU’RE ALL WELL TAKEN CARE OF YOU MADE MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE ONE TO NOT ONLY REMEMBER, BUT TO SPREAD TO EVERYONE IN NEED OF ANY MAINTENANCE. Jay, Ohm, Andres, and Mike the Savior! Beast mode guys, God bless!!!!! They also provided me with a video explaining what they found, and did to satisfy the job!

Very good customer service very rarely do you find auto shops that truly care about the guest. With them they were more focused on helping me get back on the road rather than milking me for every penny possible. Highly recommend and will be coming back again myself

I had the best experience at NextGen. I went in for an inspection, oil change, and to check my brakes, and they took such good care of me. They gave me a ride to work and sent me a comprehensive list of all of the work my car needed. They included pictures, explanations of why it needed to be done, and cost estimates. I needed more work than I expected, but they made my choices easy by rating the severity of each repair. They even picked me back up from work. I will absolutely be back in a few months for some preventative maintenance! Special shout-outs to Jay, Tom, and Gabe! You guys are the best!

On July 3rd My exhaust pipe came apart trying to get someone to repair it as soon as possible I tried car repairs near me They were all too busy and wouldn't get me in for like a week or more I called nextgen It must have been around 1:30 2:00 basically they said it You can get it here soon as possible before 5:00 when they close they would take a look at it so I got there I think a little after 2:30 and they took the time to look at it and then they did fix it they welded it back together in a very reasonable price I was kind of shocked I was expecting since I didn't have an appointment and they did seem like they were busy I won't say what the price was but I felt it was a very reasonable I was expecting much more so very happy with my experience with NextGen. Also liked the had air conditioning everywhere lol

Excellent friendly service at the front desk, and the online services are great as well. Was able to easily set up an appointment and drop my vehicle off early using the drop box. The service department kept me updated with both texts and calls and having the option to pay online and pick up after hours is great especially if I'm not able to make it there before closing.

I want to take a moment to thank Ohm and the whole Nextgen Car Care team for taking such great care of my daughter while she was far from home. As a parent, it means everything to know she was treated with kindness, honesty, and respect. They helped her with her brake issue quickly and made sure she understood what was going on, which gave both of us peace of mind. While her car was being fixed, they even offered her a ride back to Utica University, which truly went above and beyond. They also took videos of the car and explained exactly what was going on, which made me feel like I was right there with her. That level of communication meant so much, especially since I couldn't be there in person. I'll admit, I was a bit nervous at first since I wasn't there to help her, but I put my trust in them and the outcome was amazing. They made a stressful situation so much easier for both of us. I'm very grateful for their professionalism and compassion. No appointment, yet Tom, Kyle, and Lee swooped in like heros to save the day and helped me out so fast I couldn't believe it! I've been coming here for awhile and they do great work, but this was something else!

We've used Boelcke for years. Most recently, we had some major work done: a new high-efficiency furnace, AC, and water heater. Don (the estimator) and Mike and Ralph (the technicians) explained everything, answered all our questions, and accommodated some special requests we had about the install. We don't know how Boelcke's prices compare to others in the area, but we always get prompt callbacks, professional work, a pleasant experience, and peace of mind.

Excellent customer service. I dropped off my car for an inspection, and two people said hello to me. I mention it because you don’t get customer service like this anymore. They texted me updates throughout the inspection. If they found any issues they recommended for service, they provided detailed pictures in the text messages so you can see for yourself (rust, etc). The whole process was very friendly, very detailed, informative without being pushy, and overall a surprisingly great experience. I’ll be returning with my summer tires and any other service needs. A+ highly recommend.
