I made an appointment to diagnose my check engine light, I dropped it off in the morning and while I was at work they sent me an email with pictures and recommendations which is very helpful. Being that I am a female it's very hard to trust Mechanic shops because they try to take advantage of women, which other shops have tried to before. I'm not afraid to ask questions and they gladly answered anything I had to ask. I can honestly say I can trust these guys are doing honest work and are very good at explaining and providing great service.
